The machine typically includes a main weaving unit, a mesh rolling unit, a border wire twisting/winding unit, and a PLC control cabinet. These machines are designed for continuous 24-hour operation and can handle various wire thicknesses and mesh sizes.

* Wire Feeding: The machine typically has a wire payoff stand where the wire is fed into the machine. 

* Diamond Pattern Formation: The wire is then passed through dies to create the desired diamond-shaped mesh pattern. 

* Automatic Weaving: The machine automatically weaves the wire into the chain link mesh. 

* Cutting: The weaving machine automatically cuts the wire to create individual links.

* Manual Intervention: knuckle and twisting formation is manual  and roll of bundle is manual proceesing .
